I am happily wed to the last good man around these parts. We live in a rural area with my farm animals, nigerian dwarf goats, and my cat that was dumped in the woods as a kitten, and adopted us. My husband often bemoans the fact that his life is run by females. I drive a pickup truck and an SUV. A passenger car is not in my future. We like to travel. We often check out antique stores along the way. We've found some neat things in our cross country travels. We look forward to seeing "the kids;" our daughter, granddaughter, and son-in-law to be. They live 700 miles away so every chance we can coordinate everybody's schedules, we pack up the cat and go. She's a great traveler. She has nicer travel accessories than I do. Our favorite trip this year will be to Mexico to our daughter and her fiance's wedding. We are really excited about this event. Such a happy time in their lives and ours. Just wish we lived closer to share in life's daily joys with them. They might be glad we don't?! We love to have our granddaughter visit with us. She keeps us young.
